Pharyngo-cervicospinal fistula with destructive osteomyelitis after laryngopharyngectomy and radiotherapy, managed successfully with a vascularized fibula free flap
This report describes the case of a patient with neck and shoulder pain and progressive motor weakness of the left deltoid and biceps muscle, caused by a pharyngo-cervicospinal fistula with spinal empyema.
