A case report of neurosyphilis coexisting with a positive MOG antibody manifested as optic neuritis
ConclusionNeurosyphilis could be a potential triggering factor for MOGAD. In patients with neurosyphilis, it is strongly recommended to perform testing for MOG antibody along with other brain disease antibodies.
