Treatment with a tissue-selective oestrogen complex does not affect disease pathology but reduces pre-BI cells in lupus-prone mice
CONCLUSION: TSEC does not aggravate a mouse model of lupus, when given in doses that protect against postmenopausal lupus-associated bone loss.
