Effects of food-based interventions in the management of chemoradiotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting: a systematic review

ConclusionsThe review identified food-based approaches that could improve the nausea and vomiting experience in patients with cancer and provide guidance to clinicians. However, confidence in these findings was low and studies were heterogeneous and mostly of low quality, requiring further investigation before stronger recommendations can be made. Future research is needed to confirm efficacy and safety.Trial registration: PROSPEROCRD42022341154
