PAM50 intrinsic subtypes, risk of recurrence score and breast cancer survival in HIV-positive and HIV-negative patients —a South African cohort study
ConclusionAggressive tumour biology was common in our cohort. HIV infection, PAM50 HER2-enriched,basal-like intrinsic subtypes and high ROR score were associated with poor overall and disease-free survival. HIV infection impacted survival in patients with luminal subtypes only.
