ConclusionThe current state of radiomics in pediatric neuro-oncology is promising, in terms of distinguishing between tumor types; however, its utility in response assessment requires further evaluation which, given the relatively low number of pediatric tumors, calls for multicenter collaboration.Graphical abstract
