CONCLUSIONS: EPC or RC provides similar oncologic results for UC, but bilateral pelvic lymph node dissection is not necessary in early-stage patients. Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy can significantly reduce the recurrence rate, and combination therapy may provide better survival outcomes.
