Associations between intake of starchy and non-starchy vegetables and risk of hepatic steatosis and fibrosis
ConclusionsThese findings support the recommendation to limit starchy vegetable intake and increase non-starchy vegetable intake in CLD prevention, and provide evidence for the potential health benefit from dietary substitution of non-starchy vegetables for starchy vegetables.
