Possible bradycardia reasons??
What do you think is the greatest possible reason that causes bradycardia or very slow pulse rate, less than 60 a minute. Some doctors say that deficiency of some minerals and vitamins is the reason while some suggest it is because of drug side effect other than the reasons of stress, lack of exercise or structural defects. Fertile CM
Hello, Ive been looking into why I have fertility problems lately. Not fully ready to have a baby but getting there. I was looking up some stuff online and I found this product called Fertile CM. CM stands for cervical mucus. This is my back story..... I went to have a blood test done to see if my egg count was good and they test for a...

All Branch Topic (ABT) How competitive is mil training in civilian world?
I've done searches and did not find what I was looking for, so forgive me if this thread is redundant, or misplaced. If I did a military program for school (HPSP or FAP), would I be a competitive applicant for civilian jobs later? To be clear, I AM interested in a career in the military (my husband served 6 years in the Marine Corps, so I am familiar with and enjoy military life). I am concerned that if I do my military residency and serve my time, what do I do if I decide to get out? Can I get a good civilian job with the military residency training? From the perspective of a military spouse dealing with the Naval Hospi...

The Worst Ingredients On A Food Label
High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS): This is a man made sweetener that is cheaper to produce and actually sweeter than sugar. There are actually new commercials touting how healthy HFCS is. They are trying to say that it is safe and natural. Let me ask you this: Can you squeeze corn syrup from corn? Can mom make high fructose corn syrup at home? NO! It's a lie! Remember the quote above? HFCS is anything but natural and will actually shut off your hunger mechanism allowing you to eat without feeling full which will MAKE YOU FAT! It is associated with blood sugar problems (ATTENTION Moms: Childhood obesity, and Juvenile Diabetes...

Alternatives to Aquadeks
I was very disappointed to read that my Aquadeks have food dyes and GMOs on the ingredient list- can any of you recommend an alternative with a comparable vitamin profile? Thanks! (Source: Cystic Fibrosis Alternative Medicine Forum)

Vitamins...
The cf clinic called and said my oldest DD's vit D is low and she should now take two source CF's. She is already taking one source cf, 1 vit D3 2,000 IU's, faxseed, garlic, fish oil, and vit C. I told her she was supposed to take a second source CF and she groaned. So now I'm in search of better ways to get this under control. I guess part of me is just frusterated that instead of trying to help us find better food's the clinics are quick to push pills. Well there is no guarantee the pills are even worth the money that is spent on them. So we're just shoving random stuff in their bodies hoping it works? We have removed gl...

I was wondering at what age folks added supplements to their infant's diet. I've upped my vitamin intake, take fish oil and probiotics in hopes that this will pass to my baby via breastmilk. I would like to add fish oil and probiotics to her diet but have been cautioned by the CF team about aspiration. Are there folks out their supplementing their infant's diet?
