Impact of a Neuropsychiatric Therapeutics Course and a Case-Based Course on Pharmacy Students' Mental Health Stigma
CONCLUSION: The decreases in OMS-HC and AQ-9 scores and increases in Recovery and Empowerment scores indicate reductions in mental health stigma. Qualitative Analysis of Pre- and Post-Promotion/Tenure Review Processes Employed by US Pharmacy Schools
CONCLUSION: This analysis of PT documents revealed that pre/post-tenure reviews were more commonly employed than pre/post-promotion reviews. Documents most frequently described potential negative consequences that may result from unsatisfactory post-promotion/tenure reviews. Linking Language to Action: Enhancing Preschoolers' Communicative Abilities Within Language Stimulation
CONCLUSIONS: A language-to-action link is created when children engage with open-ended materials, such as clay, as they craft target objects hands on and step by step, affording additional opportunities for language input and output. Sex-Specific Associations Between Preoperative Hemoglobin and Outcomes After Major Noncardiac Surgery: A Retrospective Cohort Study
CONCLUSIONS: Low preoperative hemoglobin was associated with a higher risk of complications or mortality after elective noncardiac surgery in both men and women. No differences in the strength of associations between sexes were found. Further studies are needed to assess whether these associations are linear or there are sex-specific thresholds of preoperative hemoglobin concentrations below which postoperative risks begin to increase.PMID:37713328 | DOI:10.1213/ANE.0000000000006661
