Mortality outcomes and predictors of failed thrombolysis following STEMI thrombolysis in a non-PCI capable tertiary hospital: a 5-year analysis
This study aimed to identify the incidence, mortality outcomes and predictors of FT in STEMI  pharmacological reperfusion. This single-centre retrospective cohort study analyzed data on consecutive STEMI patients who received thrombolytic therapy from 2016 to 2020 in a public tertiary hospital. Total population sampling was used in this study. Logistic regression analyses were used to asse ss independent predictors of the mortality outcomes and FT. We analyzed 941 patients with a mean age of 53.0 ± 12.2 years who were predominantly male (n = 846, 89.9%). The in-hospital mortality was 10.3% (n = 97). FT occur...

TMT proteomics analysis of cerebrospinal fluid from patients with cerebral venous sinus thrombosis
J Proteomics. 2023 Jan 13:104820. doi: 10.1016/j.jprot.2023.104820. Online ahead of print.ABSTRACTCVST is a type of venous stroke that mainly affects young adults with no reliable diagnostic markers and effective treatment strategies for secondary pathologies. However, the underlying pathological molecular mechanisms remain unclear. Here, we systematically analyzed the molecule profiling of the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in CVST patients via tandem mass tag (TMT)-based proteomics for the first time, aiming to reveal the pathogenesis and provide evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of CVST. Five CVST patients and five co...

The application of pre-hospital first aid mode in patients with acute stroke: meta-analysis
Folia Neuropathol. 2022;60(3):284-291. doi: 10.5114/fn.2022.117614.ABSTRACTTo systematically evaluate the application effect of pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency mode in patients with acute stroke. The study was conducted by systematic search of Chinese (CNKI, Wanfang and VIP) and English (PubMed, EMBASE and Cochrane Library) databases. The case-control studies comparing the role of pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency mode for patients with acute stroke were included in this study. Outcome indicators included the time from admission to thrombolytic therapy (DNT), the time from calling for help to receiving professi...
