Evaluation of neurology consultations in a COVID-19 pandemic hospital, A retrospective study
Conclusion: The change in consciousness was the reason in more than half of the patients who requested neurology consultation during COVID-19 follow-up. Impaired consciousness in a patient with COVID-19 may indicate a poor prognosis. If the studies planned in the near future can shed light on the cause of the unconsciousness developing in COVID-19, it will be promising in terms of treatment plans to reduce mortality.

Stroke Telemedicine for Arizona Rural Residents, the Legacy Telestroke Study
CONCLUSIONS: Multiple small and rurally located community hospitals and health systems can successfully collaborate with a more centrally located larger hospital center through telemedicine technologies to develop a coordinated approach to the assessment, diagnosis, and emergency treatment of patients manifesting symptoms and signs of an acute stroke syndrome. Conclusion: Urgent positive lifestyle transformations, which should start from school to reduce the incidence of hypertension in children.

CONCLUSION: With a reasonable follow-up rate, it was possible to transform a cross-sectional study into a prospective cohort study.
