Botulinum toxin use in patients with post-stroke spasticity: a nationwide retrospective study from France
ConclusionOur analysis of the exhaustive PMSI database showed a suboptimal implementation of BoNT-A treatment recommendations in France. BoNT-A treatment initiation and re-administration are low, particularly in patients with post-stroke spasticity. Further investigations may help explain this observation, and may target specific actions to improve spasticity-related care pathway.

Psychological impact of COVID-19 containment on CADASIL patients
ConclusionPsychological impact of the containment was limited in CADASIL patients and did not appear related to the disease status. About 9% of patients presented with significant posttraumatic and stressor-related disorder manifestations which were predicted by living alone, unemployment, or exhaustion related to parental burden.

Feasibility of a remotely supervised home-based group eHealth Fitness and Mobility Exercise program for stroke: French-Canadian version preliminary study
CONCLUSION: FAME@home was feasible to deliver as a remotely supervised group exercise program to community-dwelling stroke survivors, with high levels of retention and adherence. Our understanding of outcomes in acute ischemic stroke patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection following acute revascularization treatments (as intravenous thrombolysis and/or thrombectomy) is based on small case series.1-3. An international panel4 cautioned regarding the potential for high rate of death or disability and post thrombolytic intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH)s in acute ischemic stroke patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection due to elevated concentrations of inflammation and hypercoagulability markers such as leukocytosis, and C reactive protein and D dimers and multisystem dysfunction.
