P005/44 Using the pEGASUS-stent with antithrombogenic properties and single antiplatelet therapy in a case of thrombectomy
IntroductionRescue stenting is used more and more in stroke cases with large-vessel-occlusion or medium-vessel-occlusion refractory to mechanical thrombectomy. The pEGASUS-stent(Phenox) represents a device which is equipped with a hydrophilic polymer coating(HPC) with antithrombogenic properties. Predictive values of coronary artery calcium and arterial stiffness for long-term cardiovascular events in patients with stable coronary artery disease
CONCLUSIONS: A CAC score ≥100 or a CAVI ≥ 9.0 predicts the long-term occurrence of MACEs in both asymptomatic and symptomatic patients with stable CAD. A rare cause of abdominal pain managed unconventionally: acute renal infarction caused by atrial fibrillation: a case report
ConclusionsAcute renal infarction from thromboembolism is a rare but serious complication of arterial fibrillation. More efficient and different options for intervention methods will benefit the treatment of this disease. Here, we report a combination therapeutic method that has not been used in acute renal infarction associated with arterial fibrillation, and which restored renal perfusion and prevented long-term kidney injury.

E-176 Endovascular stent retriever thrombectomy of medium and small vessel occlusion of the middle cerebral artery with acute ischemic stroke: a case series
ConclusionsOur case series demonstrated that SRMT in SVO with disabling NIHSS is feasible and safe if performed carefully. All patient achieved TICI 3 perfusion and first pass effect was better observed in trap technique and use of long solitaire STD. Good function outcomes were achieved in all cases irrespective of the types of SRD used and passes required to achieve TICI 3 perfusion. Further studies are required.Disclosures Y. Lodi: None.

Epidemiology, investigation, management, and outcome of headache in emergency departments (HEAD study)-A multinational observational study
CONCLUSION: Diagnosis and management of headache in the ED is challenging. A small group of patients have a serious secondary cause for their symptoms. There is wide variation in the use of neuroimaging and treatments.
