Teleradiology-based stroke network in Western and Southern Transdanubia in Hungary
CONCLUSION: With the help of the dedicated teleradiology stroke network, we want to optimize the stroke care in the region: on the one hand, patients who are likely to benefit from thrombectomy should not be left unattended, on the other, the health care system should not be burdened with cases, when intervention is not recommended having the complete clinical data accessed. Marine-derived n-3 fatty acids therapy for stroke
CONCLUSIONS: We are very uncertain of the effect of marine-derived n-3 PUFAs therapy on functional outcomes and dependence after stroke as there is insufficient high-certainty evidence. More well-designed RCTs are needed, specifically in acute stroke, to determine the efficacy and safety of the intervention. Studies assessing functional outcome might consider starting the intervention as early as possible after the event, as well as using standardised, clinically relevant measures for functional outcomes, such as the modified Rankin Scale. Lipid management in ischaemic stroke or transient ischaemic attack in China: result from China National Stroke Registry III
Conclusions The LDL-C goal achievement rate has increased mildly in the stroke and TIA population in mainland China. Lowered baseline LDL-C level was significantly associated with a decreased short- and long-term risk of ischemic stroke among stroke and TIA patients. LDL-C<1.4mmol/L might be a safe standard for this population.

Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) for stroke recovery.
CONCLUSIONS SSRIs appeared to improve dependence, disability, neurological impairment, anxiety and depression after stroke, but there was heterogeneity between trials and methodological limitations in a substantial proportion of the trials. Neurological deterioration in the acute phase of minor ischemic stroke is an independent predictor of poor outcomes at 1 year: results from the China National Stroke Registry (CNSR).

Prehospital stroke diagnostics based on neurological examination and transcranial ultrasound
Conclusions: The study demonstrates the feasibility and high diagnostic accuracy of emergency transcranial ultrasound assessment combined with neurological examinations for major ischemic stroke. Future combination with telemedical support, point-of-care analysis of blood serum markers, and probability algorithms of prehospital stroke diagnosis including ultrasound may help to speed up stroke treatment.

Oral antiplatelet therapy for acute ischaemic stroke.
CONCLUSIONS: Antiplatelet therapy with aspirin 160 mg to 300 mg daily, given orally (or by nasogastric tube or per rectum in people who cannot swallow) and started within 48 hours of onset of presumed ischaemic stroke, reduced the risk of early recurrent ischaemic stroke without a major risk of early haemorrhagic complications; long-term outcomes were improved. Physical rehabilitation approaches for the recovery of function and mobility following stroke.
CONCLUSIONS: Physical rehabilitation, comprising a selection of components from different approaches, is effective for recovery of function and mobility after stroke. Evidence related to dose of physical therapy is limited by substantial heterogeneity and does not support robust conclusions.
