Acute stroke in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting surgery in acute coronary syndrome: Predictors and outcomes
CONCLUSION: Based on our findings, acute stroke after bypass surgery in patients with ACS is associated with increased mortality and adverse outcomes. Cardiogenic shock, peripheral vascular disease and previous stroke were independent predictors of stroke after CABG procedure. Therefore, preoperative evaluation of potential risk factors may be crucial to improve postoperative results.PMID:37504576 | DOI:10.1177/02676591231193636

Cerebral autoregulation is heterogeneous in different stroke mechanism of ischemic stroke caused by intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis
ConclusionIn IS patients, CA was impaired heterogeneously and was correlated with different risk factors in varied stroke mechanism. CA can be as an informative determinant of stroke risk in patients with ICAS and to help improving individualized treatment strategies in the presence of ischemic stroke caused by ICAS.

Stroke-ell átást támogató teleradiológiai hálózat a Nyugat- és Dél-Dunántúlon
CONCLUSION: With the help of the dedicated teleradiology stroke network, we want to optimize the stroke care in the region: on the one hand, patients who are likely to benefit from thrombectomy should not be left unattended, on the other, the health care system should not be burdened with cases, when intervention is not recommended having the complete clinical data accessed.
