P-013 The need for speed: reducing endovascular treatment times in ischemic stroke
ConclusionsImproving awareness of process expectations by meeting with stakeholders resulted in a substantial and sustainable decreases in median door to groin puncture and door to first pass times. Implementation of hospital-based PI multidisciplinary team initiatives helped improve our sites work flow and continued to improve our door to 1st pass times.Disclosures H. Shownkeen: None. A. P-020 Anterior circulation site-specific results for stent-assisted coiling - carotid vs. others: one-year outcomes from neuroform atlas stent pivotal trial
ConclusionBased on these findings of the ATLAS IDE trial, the Neuroform Atlas Stent System is a safe and efficacious treatment modality for unruptured anterior circulation intracranial aneurysms in both proximal and distal, bifurcation aneurysms. Additional, studies are needed to assess complication rates in larger populations. This may have important implications for the selection of treatment modalities for intracranial aneurysms.Disclosures R. P-024 Diffuse correlation spectroscopy in acute ischemic stroke neurointerventional procedures; initial experience and preliminary results
ConclusionsWe showed the feasibility of this non-invasive approach in providing continuous measurement of regional CBF brain tissue properties. In the future, implementations of more robust DCS instruments such as our recently developed pathlength-resolved DCS device could alleviate the limitations of the current DCS technology discovered during this study.Abstract P-024 Figure 1Disclosures M. P-028 Impact of the covid-19 pandemic on the intracranial aneurysm treatment and associated outcomes: a propensity score matching study
Conclusions and RelevanceThe COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the healthcare system and has led to changes in the treatment of various neurological conditions, including ICAs. The pandemic resulted in a shift in the treatment of SAH and an increase in endovascular procedures over open surgical clipping. COVID-19 infection has been associated with an increased risk of ischemic stroke and worsened outcomes for stroke patients. Further research is necessary to understand the long-term effects of the pandemic on the healthcare system and patient outcomes.Disclosures A. Ghaith: None. M. Ghanem: None. E. Greco: None....

E-006 U.S. health care system-wide transition from alteplase to tenecteplase before mechanical thrombectomy: functional outcomes, early reperfusion rates, intracranial bleeding and femoral access site complications
ConclusionsThe first-year experience demonstrates the effectiveness and safety of the transitioning from TPA to TNK. The higher early recanalization rates with TNK are striking. Additional studies are required to investigate whether TNK is superior to TPA in the setting of LVO stroke.Disclosures M. Collins: None. C. Schirmer: None. G. Weiner: None. O. Goren: None. I. E-020 Flow diversion for intracranial aneurysms: intracranial hemorrhage and thromboembolic complications in a multi-center cohort of 200 patients
ConclusionComplication rates in our study are comparable to previous reports, and our findings further support the general safety and efficacy of flow diversion. Despite a relatively large population, the low number of ICH and TE complications limit statistical significance. Further study of complications in more robust samples are needed. E-029 Thrombectomy in stroke patients with low ASPECTS: is TICI 2C/3 superior to TICI 2B?

E-030 Incidence and risk factors for new seizure after ischemic stroke in a single institution series
DiscussionThe literature on new onset seizures after stroke describes a range of incidences and risk factors, as there is variation in the studied populations. Here we report the incidence of post-stroke seizures in all patients diagnosed with ischemic stroke in a 3-year period. The most significant predictor was hemorrhagic transformation, and this was driven by IPH.Disclosures K. Carroll: None. E. Federico: None. I. Stafstrom: None. E. Skinner: None. M. Maraghe: None. M. E-044 Long-term safety and efficacy of pipeline embolization device compared in anterior and posterior circulation aneurysms: a systematic review and meta-analysis
