P064/122 Treatment of intracranial aneurysms with flow diversion in a real-world scenario - 10-year single center cohort
ConclusionOur series suggests that treatment with FD is feasible in a wide spectrum of cases, including aneurysms in different locations, sizes and morphology, ruptured and non-ruptured, reflecting a real-world scenario. Although available devices may differ, they seem to demonstrate comparable and adequate safety and effectiveness.Disclosure of InterestNothing to disclose

O20/181 Early reperfusion or complete reperfusion TICI 3: determinants of improve outcome after first pass recanalization in mechanical thrombectomy
ConclusionOnly 13% of the FP-related improvement in functional outcome is explained by higher rates of complete recanalization, suggesting significant importance of early recanalization and low number of MT maneuvers. Results may improve the understanding of the importance of FP-reperfusion vs. early TICI=3 and may help to optimize MT treatment strategies.Disclosure of InterestHK has financial interest in Eppdata GmbH.GT received fees as consultant and lecturer from Acandis, Alexion, Amarin, Boehringer Ingelheim, Bayer, BMS/Pfizer, Daiichii Sankyo and Portola. O33/325 The efficacy and safety of Double Stentretrevier as a rescue method after failed thrombectomy
ConclusionRescue Mechanical thrombectomy using double-SR is associated with a higher rate of successful recanalization, first-pass effect, and relatively low rate of hemorrhagic complications. Further randomized control trials are needed to confirm results and long-term outcomes.Disclosure of InterestNothing to disclose.

P006/55 Combination treatment approach for dural arteriovenous fistula involving pure isolated sinus: overcoming challenges with surgical and endovascular modalities
ConclusionVarious modalities were introduced for treating DAVF including surgical disconnection, transarterial, transvenous embolization, stereotactic radiosurgery. However isolated sinus has limitation for treatment because of accessible route. Direct sinus cannulation and transvenous embolization can be most effective method for DAVF involving isolated sinus.Disclosure of InterestThe authors report no conflict of interest concerning the materials or methods used in this study or the findings specified in this paper
