2-1-2 stroke microsurgical thrombectomy technique as a tertiary/salvage treatment option
CONCLUSIONS: 2-1-2 MST technique can be rapidly and efficaciously performed in a systemized manner offering a tertiary or salvage technique for acute stroke treatment. Effect of SGLT2 Inhibitors on Risk of Stroke in Diabetes: A Meta-Analysis
Conclusions: In summary, this meta-analysis indicated that the use of SGLT2 inhibitors did not decrease the risk of stroke. And for some T2DM patients with high-risk factor of stroke, SGLT2 inhibitors therapy may be more suitable compared to some oGLD such as dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors. Complications of diabetes and metrics of glycaemic management derived from continuous glucose monitoring
CONCLUSIONS: The evidence supports the association between diabetes complications and CGM-derived measures of intra-day glycaemic variability. TIR emerged as the most consistent measure, supporting its emerging role in clinical practice.
