ConclusionThe AFP stent demonstrated feasibility and favourable safety and efficacy in the treatment of complex aneurysms. ConclusionAdvanced stents offer reduced thromboembolic risk and comparable aneurysm occlusion to first-generation stents due to their flexible design and surface modification. Safety and technical efficacy of early minimally invasive endoscopy-guided surgery for intracerebral haemorrhage: the Dutch Intracerebral haemorrhage Surgery Trial pilot study
ConclusionsMinimally invasive endoscopy-guided surgery within 8 h after symptom onset for supratentorial ICH appears to be safe and can effectively reduce ICH volume. Safety and effectiveness of rivaroxaban for prevention of stroke in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation: analysis of routine clinical data from four countries
CONCLUSIONS: Incidences of intracranial bleeding were generally lower with rivaroxaban than with SOC, whereas incidences of gastrointestinal and urogenital bleeding were generally higher. Trigger Factors for Stroke in Young Adults: A Case-Crossover Study
DISCUSSION: We identified cola consumption, vigorous physical exercise, sexual activity, illicit drug use, fever- and flu-like disease as potential trigger factors for stroke in the young, and found differences in type and number of trigger factors associated with different etiologic subgroups of ischemic stroke. Risk of bleeding complications per different perioperative antithrombotic regimes during carotid endarterectomy: a national registry analysis
CONCLUSION: The effectiveness and safety of DAPT did not differ from single antiplatelet therapy (SAPT) in patients undergoing CEA and needs further evaluation in prospective studies. Outcome of non-cooled asphyxiated infants with under-recognised or delayed-onset encephalopathy
Conclusions All infants with documented perinatal asphyxia and seizure onset within 24 hours after birth who did not receive TH had abnormalities on MRI. 51% had an adverse outcome. Better methods for recognition of infants who might benefit from TH and careful neurodevelopmental follow-up are urgently needed.

Minimally Invasive Surgery for Spontaneous Intracerebral Hematoma. Real-Life Implementation Model and Economic Estimation
ConclusionAround 12–43% of patients admitted to hospital with spontaneous hemorrhagic stroke could be potential candidates to MIS early evacuation of the cerebral hematoma. In our real-life implementation model, the cost-utility analysis favored the neuroendoscopic evacuation over the catheter aspiration technique. Further studies are advisable as new data from the ongoing randomized trials becomes available.

Endovascular Thrombectomy in Young Patients With Stroke: A MR CLEAN Registry Study
CONCLUSIONS: Ten percent of patients with acute ischemic stroke undergoing endovascular thrombectomy were younger than 50. Cardioembolism and carotid dissection were common underlying causes in young patients. In one-third of cases, no cause was identified, indicating the need for more research on stroke cause in young patients.
