A Chinese female patient with LGI1 and mGluR5 antibodies: A case report
We present a case of AE with dual seropositive antibodies of LGI1 and mGluR5 in a 65-year-old woman who presented with sudden onset left faciobrachial dystonic seizures and unresponsive for 5 hours.
Diagnosis:
The patient was diagnosed with anti-LGI1 AE and anti-mGluR5 AE mainly based on the clinical symptoms and further test of the antibody in serum and cerebral spinal fluid (CSF).

Avellis syndrome with ipsilateral prosopalgia, glossopharyngeal neuralgia, and central post-stroke pain: A case report and literature review
We reported a case of Avellis syndrome who manifested as the typical reported manifestations. The patient, what’s more, presented with ipsilateral trigeminal, glossopharyngeal neuralgia, and central poststroke pain which were described for the first time. ConclusionICoVT is a rare yet potentially fatal manifestation of APS, and its diagnosis and treatment are extremely challenging. Timely diagnosis, prompt treatment, and close monitoring are essential to improve the clinical prognosis of patients with APS-related ICoVT.

The clinical manifestations of basilar dolichoectasia (BD) are variable. The diagnosis is based on imaging measurements. Digital subtraction angiography displays only the dilated vascular lumen and lacks visualization of the arterial wall. High-resolution Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can identify intramural hematoma; therefore, it may be more suitable for the imaging evaluation of BD. Mitochondrial A3243G mutation causes mitochondrial encephalomyopathy in a Chinese patient: Case report

Conclusion
In summary, SSS extraction significantly ameliorates cerebral energy metabolism via boosting citrate cycle, which mainly embodies the enhancements of blood glucose concentration, glucose and lactate transportation and glucose utilization, as well as the regulations of relative enzymes activities in citrate cycle. These ameliorations ultimately resulted in numerous ATP yield after stroke, which improved neurological function and infarcted volume. Collectively, it suggests that SSS extraction has exerted advantageous effect in the treatment of cerebral ischemia.

The corpus callosum, which is the most important fiber pathway linking the bilateral hemispheres, plays a key role in information access, as well as the functional coordination and reorganization between the bilateral hemispheres. We present a case report describing a new treatment for dysphagia, namely, quick needle insertion at pharyngeal acupoints.
Patient concerns:
A 70-year-old man developed pharyngeal dysphagia after a stroke. Three months after the patient experienced a sudden stroke leading to liquid dysphagia, acupuncture, one of the most important therapies in Traditional Chinese Medicine, was used to treat the patient.
