Rapid Disappearance of Intraventricular Mobile Structures with Steroids in Eosinophilic Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis
Endomyocarditis in Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA) is a rare complication, commonly involving an apical mass compatible with a thrombus. However, no previous report has discussed mobile structures detected by echocardiography in a patient with EGPA. A 53-year-old man with asthma presented with low-grade fever, consciousness disturbance, and vomiting. Magnetic resonance imaging showed multiple acute infarctions in the bilateral cerebrum and cerebellum. Remarkable eosinophilia was observed, and transthoracic echocardiography showed multiple mobile structures originating from the left ventricular septum.

Neurological Involvement in Primary Systemic Vasculitis
Conclusion Neurological involvement is a common complication of PSV (Table 1), and neurologists play an important role in the identification and diagnosis of PSV patients with otherwise unexplained neurological symptoms as their chief complaint. Improvement of fiber connectivity and functional recovery after stroke by montelukast, an available and safe anti-asthmatic drug
In conclusion, we demonstrated that montelukast improves fiber re-organization and long-term functional recovery after brain ischemia, enhancing recruitment and maturation of OPCs. The present data suggest that montelukast, an already approved drug, could be “repositioned “as a protective drug in stroke acting also on fiber re-organization.Graphical abstract

ANCA-Negative Churg –Strauss Syndrome Presenting as Acute Multiple Cerebral Infarcts: A Case Report
We report a case of a 63-year-old woman with multiple embolic infarcts, hypereosinophilia (for>7 years), and skin rash. Elevated cardiac enzymes and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging were consistent with endomyocarditis. The simultaneous presence of history of asthma, sinusitis, hypereosinophilia, and vasculitis led to the diagnosis of EGPA.

Multiple cerebral and cerebellar infarcts as the first clinical manifestation in a patient with Churg-Strauss syndrome: case report and literature review.
CONCLUSION: Symptoms and signs of central nervous system can be the initial neurological manifestation of CSS patients. CSS should be considered while patients have stroke and hypereosinophilia. Phase-contrast MRI for Detection of Mild Systemic Hemodynamic Response after Segmental Allergen Challenge in Asthmatic Patients
Conclusions: In asthmatic patients, MRI-derived hemodynamic parameters using phase-contrast MRI are slightly altered after segmental allergen provocation compared to normal controls indicating a mild systemic reaction to local allergen challenge.
