Extracellular vesicles from human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells treated with siRNA against ELFN1-AS1 suppress colon adenocarcinoma proliferation and migration.
This study aimed to explore the regulatory role of ELFN1-AS1 in COAD and construct a gene delivery system based on extracellular vesicles (EVs). Cordycepin inhibits human ovarian cancer by inducing autophagy and apoptosis through Dickkopf-related protein 1/ β-catenin signaling.

Involvement of androgen receptor (AR)/microRNA-21 axis in hypoxia/reoxygenation-induced apoptosis of mouse renal tubular epithelial cells.

Linc-POU3F3 is overexpressed in in-stent restenosis patients and induces VSMC phenotypic transformation via POU3F3/miR-449a/KLF4 signaling pathway.

Snail expression contributes to temozolomide resistance in glioblastoma.
