In search for a panacea for coronavirus disease-19: Analysis of ongoing clinical trials for the management of coronavirus disease-19 pandemic in India
CONCLUSIONS: In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Indian researchers came forward from all the systems of medicine to evaluate interventions for prophylaxis or treatment of the disease. The involvement of AYUSH systems of medicine was specifically more in this regard. A wide variation and heterogeneity in doses and outcomes were observed in trial designs which might make it difficult to generalize the study results when they are made available. Urgent analyses of studies involving interventions on the treatment advisory of the Government may help the healthcare providers take more informed decisions for managing COVID-19 patients in India.

Diabetic retinopathy screening uptake after health education with or without retinal imaging within the facility in two AYUSH hospitals in Hyderabad, India: A nonrandomized pilot study

Providing Quality Abortion Care: Findings from a Study of Six States in India
ConclusionTo provide comprehensive quality abortion care, India needs to expand the provider base by including doctors from the Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy streams as also nurses and auxiliary midwives after providing them necessary skills. Insights into disaster management scenario among various health-care students in India: A multi-institutional, multi-professional study
Conclusions: Participants in the present study revealed that they were willing to partake in disaster management. The participants also reported poor behavior and knowledge scores but appropriate attitude scores. The present study highlights the need for curriculum changes and policy implications for effective integration of various sectors for disaster management, particularly in developing nations such as India, which have a definite scarcity of resources.
