Intravenous immunoglobulin and rituximab in a treatment ‐refractory COVID‐19‐associated central nervous system vasculitis: A case report and literature review
In this study, we present the first case of treatment-refractory CNS vasculitis associated with COVID-19, which was treated successfully with intravenous immunoglobulin and rituximab. Second, we repo rt a review of COVID-19-related CNS vasculitis articles and applied treatment strategies published in English. Does follow-up D-dimer level help in predicting oxygenation status, ventilatory support requirement, lung fibrosis, and thromboembolic events in coronavirus disease 2019 pneumonia ? A prospective observational study in a tertiary care setting in India
Conclusions: D-dimer has documented a very crucial role in COVID-19 pneumonia in predicting the severity of illness and assessing response to treatment during hospitalization, and follow-up titers have a significant role in step-up or step-down interventions in a critical care setting.

Incidental Finding of Arteria Lusoria in COVID-19 Patient with Aortic Thrombus Complicated by Recurrent Limb Ischemia
We report the case of a 64-year-old woman with recent severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 pneumonia who was admitted to the hospital due to a giant floating thrombus in the ascending aorta with multiple ischemic events. Aortic computed tomography angiogram revealed an aberrant right subclavian artery associated with bicarotid trunk that might have protected carotid arteries from embol migration. Thrombosis is a rare clinical presentation in coronavirus disease 2019 infection but with serious complications that must be kept in mind to detect and avoid morbidities like ischemic stroke. Relationship of Atherosclerotic Plaque Structure with the History of COVID-19 in Patients Undergoing Coronary Computed Tomographic Angiography
This study aimed to examine the relationship between atherosclerotic coronary plaque structure and COVID-19. This retrospective cohort comprised 1269 consecutive patients who had coronary computed tomographic angiography (CCTA) for suspected coronary artery disease (CAD) between July 2020 and April 2021. The type of atherosclerotic plaque was the primary outcome. Secondary outcomes included the severity of coronary stenosis as determined via the Coronary Artery Disease-Reporting and Data System (CAD-RADS) classification and the coronary artery calcium (CAC) score. To reveal the relationship between the history of COVID-19 ...
