A lurking threat: transfer of peanut allergy through peripheral blood stem cell transplantation
Conclusions Because of the close temporal association between the onset of allergic symptoms in the PBSC recipient it is reasonable to assume that the acquired peanut allergy had been transferred from the donor to the recipient by the PBSC graft.

The Influence of IgE on Cultured Human Mast Cells.
CONCLUSIONS: IgE in the culture medium during the last 10 days of mast cell maturation influences the release of the preformed mediator histamine after mast cell activation and the density of FcεRI on the mast cell surface. The release of the de novo synthetized mediator prostaglandin D2 and the expression of chymase and tryptase are not influenced by IgE in culture medium. PMID: 24179689 [PubMed]

Comparing the Immunoregulatory Effects of Stem Cells from Human Exfoliated Deciduous Teeth and Bone Marrow-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells.
This study showed that SHED suppress the activation of human T lymphocytes in vitro like other MSCs. Compared to BMMSCs, this suppression was alleviated. In the equal conditions, the pattern of immune-modulation of BMMSCs and SHED was different, suggesting that SHED do not exert the exact mechanisms of BMMSCs' immunosuppression., This finding should be verified by further studies focused on the detailed mechanisms  of the immunomodulation of SHED and also BMMSCs. HLA-G allele and Haplotype Frequencies in a Healthy Population of Iran.
According to this study, the most prevalent alleles in the Iranian population were G*01:01:01:01 (52.5%), G*01:01:02 (16%) and G*01:04:03 (14.5%) and also the lowest alleles regarding the frequency were G*01:01:01:06 (0.5%) and G*01:03 (0.5%). The results of G*01:01:01:01 and G*01:04:01 frequencies showed some similarities with the polish population. Immunomodulatory effect of tonsil-derived mesenchymal stem cells in mouse model of allergic rhinitis.
CONCLUSION: Administration of T-MSC effectively reduced allergic symptoms and inflammatory parameters in the mouse model of AR. T-MSC treatment reduced Th2 cytokines and OVA-specific IgE secretion from B cells. In addition, innate cytokine (IL-25 and IL-33) expression and eotaxin messenger RNA expression was inhibited in the nasal mucosa, which is suggestive of the mechanism of reduced allergic inflammation.
