Abstract
BACKGROUND.: A better understanding of the features characterizing expert evidence-based occupational therapists in stroke rehabilitation is needed to inform the design of educational and knowledge translation interventions aimed at addressing research-practice gaps.

Factors Associated With Non-enrollment of Center-Based Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Program Among Transient Ischemic Attack or Mild Stroke Patients: A MIXED-METHOD RETROSPECTIVE STUDY
Conclusions:
This study found that patients with TIA or mild stroke who were older, lived farther from the CRP center, or were current smokers were less likely to enroll in a CRP. The present findings may help clinicians identify patients unlikely to enroll in a CRP and allow the implementation of interventions focused on health education and physical activity to improve enrollment. Future research should validate these factors in multiple settings using prospective mixed methods so that interventions can be developed to address non-enrollment in the CRP.

Long-term Fine Particulate Matter Exposure and Nonaccidental and Cause-specific Mortality in a Large National Cohort of Chinese Men
Conclusions:
Long-term exposure to PM2.5 was associated with nonaccidental, CVD, lung cancer, and COPD mortality in China. Conclusion
In this study, reduced CBF and FA and increased MD in the inner NAWM layers for both PVWMH and DWMH suggested extensive WM alterations beyond the visible WM lesions commonly observed on clinical MRI of svMCI subjects. CBF penumbras cover more extensive WM at risk than DTI penumbras, suggesting the likelihood that compromised CBF precedes white matter integrity changes, and CBF penumbras may be a potential target for the prevention of further microstructural white matter damage. The imaging parameters investigated, however, did not correlate to cognition.

Effects of a Province-wide Triaging System for TIA: The ASPIRE Intervention
CONCLUSIONS: The ASPIRE TIA triaging and management interventions did not further reduce stroke recurrence in the context of an organized stroke system. Conclusion: Using three different strategies to either prevent formation or enhance elimination of O2⋅_ during the post-asphyxial period, we saw both reduced leukocyte adherence and preserved BBB function with treatment. These findings suggest that agents which lower O2⋅_ in brain may be attractive new therapeutic interventions for the protection of the neonatal brain following asphyxia.
