Assessment of thrombectomy procedure difficulty by neurointerventionalists based on vessel geometry parameters from carotid artery 3D reconstructions
CONCLUSIONS: Examining the vessel metrics and providing detailed vascular data tailored to patient characteristics may result in better procedure preparation, facilitate faster vessel access time, and improve thrombectomy outcomes. Deep learning-based classification of DSA image sequences of patients with acute ischemic stroke
CONCLUSION: Our deep learning-based approach to thrombus identification in DSA sequences yielded high accuracy on our single-center test data set. External validation is now required to investigate the generalizability of our method. Relationship between 7T MR-angiography features of vascular injury and cognitive decline in young brain tumor patients treated with radiation therapy
ConclusionsArterial volume is reduced with increasing CMB presence and is influenced by the total brain volume exposed to radiation. This work highlights the potential use of vascular-derived metrics as non-invasive markers of treatment-induced injury and cognitive impairment in pediatric brain tumor patients.

Management of Radiation Induced Carotid Stenosis in Head and Neck Cancer.
CONCLUSION: RT in patients with HNSCC holds a significant risk factor of developing carotid artery stenosis and cerebrovascular events. Carotid stenting is preferable mode of treatment for radiation-induced stenosis. A screening program with doppler ultrasonography enables pre-stroke detection of carotid stenosis. A Cross‐Sectional Cohort Study of Cerebrovascular Disease and Late Effects After Radiation Therapy for Craniopharyngioma
ConclusionsPatients with craniopharyngioma treated with RT have a high prevalence of stroke and vascular abnormalities, particularly those with low HDL and longer duration of time since RT. There is a trend to suggest that continual GH replacement may reduce the risk of stroke. These patients should undergo careful monitoring and aggressive modification of stroke risk factors.

Acute ischaemic stroke and myocardial infarction after chemotherapy with vinorelbine for non-small cell lung cancer: a case report.
We report about a 70-year-old male with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who received vinorelbine as an outpatient. The patient presents with a cardiovascular risk profile. He was admitted to the hospital 3 days later with acute left-sided hemiplegia and hemianopia. Brain computed tomography (CT) demonstrated acute right hemispheric ischaemic stroke. Nine days after admission, the patient additionally suffered ST elevation myocardial infarction.
