ConclusionsOur findings suggest that moderate to severe OSA is associated with the presence of ICAS in patients with suspected OSA.

Conclusions:DWI has a high degree of sensitivity and specificity. Nevertheless, false negative results often occur because of small infarct size, early imaging, and brainstem locations. The rate of false negative results with DWI has been estimated to be 17%. We argue it may be advisable to repeat MRI in certain cases were stroke is highly suspected up to 72 hours post symptoms. Contrast induced encephalopathy mimicking reperfusion injury (P3.285)
Conclusions:Diagnostic or therapeutic angiography is frequently performed for acute ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke. Management and clinical outcome of stable coronary artery disease in Austria : Results from 5 years of the CLARIFY registry.
CONCLUSION: Characteristics of Austrian outpatients with stable CAD corresponded to those of patients with CAD in other developed countries. Medical treatments following the recommendations of the European guidelines were prescribed in the majority of patients; however, recommended goals of life style interventions including a heart rate less than 60 bpm and general risk factor management were not achieved by a high proportion of patients. Heart rate control and life style changes remain unmet needs of cardiovascular care in Austria.

Outcomes of Patients With a History of Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting Who Underwent Orbital Atherectomy for Severe Coronary Artery Calcification.
CONCLUSION: Despite a higher-risk baseline profile, patients with a history of CABG had similar angiographic and clinical outcomes compared with patients who had no previous history of CABG. Further studies are needed to clarify the role of orbital atherectomy in these patients.

Plasma Metal Concentrations and Incident Coronary Heart Disease in Chinese Adults: The Dongfeng-Tongji Cohort
Conclusions:
Our study suggested that incident CHD was positively associated with plasma levels of titanium and arsenic, and inversely associated with selenium. Additional research is needed to confirm these findings in other populations. https://doi.org/10.1289/EHP1521

Lateral medullary infarction with similar features of Brown Sequard syndrome caused by vertebrobasilar dysplasia and Klippel–Feil syndrome: A case report
Rationale:
Patients with Klippel–Feil syndrome (KFS) are always anomaly associated with vertebrobasilar dysplasia. That may present commonly as infarction of brainstem, medulla, and cerebellum. In this article, we reported a rare case of lateral medullary infarction (LMI) with similar features of Brown Sequard syndrome caused by vertebrobasilar dysplasia and KFS, and the 2 rare conditions that are causally related.
