Association of Low-Moderate Arsenic Exposure and Arsenic Metabolism with Incident Diabetes and Insulin Resistance in the Strong Heart Family Study
Conclusions: Among participants without baseline prediabetes, arsenic exposure was associated with incident diabetes. Low MMA% was cross-sectional and prospectively associated with higher HOMA2-IR. Inhibition of CDC25B With WG-391D Impedes the Tumorigenesis of Ovarian Cancer
Conclusions In conclusion, this study demonstrated that CDC25B was over-expressed in ovarian cancers. WG-391D efficiently inhibited ovarian cancer cell proliferation and migration, was associated with the induction of cell cycle arrest at G2/M phase and apoptosis, and inhibited the tumorigenesis of ovarian cancer in both SKOV3 cell and PDX BALB/c athymic nude mouse models.
