Construction, evaluation, and AOP framework-based application of the EpPRS as a genetic surrogate for assessing environmental pollutants
CONCLUSIONS: EpPRSs can serve as a proxy for assessing pollutant internal exposure. Effect of cycloastragenol and punicalagin on Prp(106-126) and A β(25-35) oligomerization and fibrillizaton
In this study, we have examined the effect of two NPs, cycloastragenol (CAG) and punicalagin (PCG), on the metal-induced oligomerization and aggregation of Aβ25-35 and PrP106-126 peptides. The peptide aggregation and inhibitory properties of both NPs were examined by the thioflavin-T (ThT) assay, MALDI-TOF, circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). In vitro oxygen imaging of acellular and cell-loaded beta cell replacement devices
This article aims to establish the protocols and demonstrate a few examples of in vitro oxygen imaging of BAP devices using EPROI. All pO2 measurements were performed using a recently introduced 720 MHz/25 mT preclinical oxygen imager instrument, JIVA-25™. We began by performing pO2 calibration of the biomaterials used in BAPs at 25 mT magnetic field since no such data exist. Identification of quality markers for < em > Cyanotis arachnoidea < /em > and analysis of its physiological mechanism based on chemical pattern recognition, network pharmacology, and experimental validation
In this study, ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) fingerprint combined with chemical pattern recognition were performed, and four differential components were screened out as quality markers, including 20-Hydroxyecdysone, 3-O-acetyl-20-hydroxyecdysone, Ajugasterone C, and 2-O-acetyl-20-hydroxyecdysone.
