Podcasts for Commutes
I'll keep this short and simple: I recently started a research opportunity that entails somewhat of a long commute. Can anyone recommend podcasts I could listen to? I just finished my M1 year. (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Favorite podcasts
After decades of eschewing commutes, I am giving up my 60 second home to ED travel time and moving my family about 30 mins away from the hospital. Since I will now have an additional 13-14 hours of commute time in my month, I would love to come up with some new podcasts to fill that time. Currently I have Bigger Pockets, White Coat Investor, and S-town in my subscriptions. So what are your favorite podcasts? Sent from my iPad using... Favorite podcasts (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Making a dental podcast, help with title
Hi everybody! I have been shadowing a dentist for the last few months and somehow we ended coming up with this idea to create a dental podcast. The idea behind this podcast is to give anyone interested in dentistry/attending dental school and those who already in dental school a guide for what is to come, as well as tips and tricks we used to make it through. We plan to cover everything from the point a student enters college -> studying for the DAT -> picking which schools to apply to ->... Cardiologist vs Oncology on Stents
The war of "evidence based medicine" has just BEGUN to heat up for cardiologists where 97% of their stents are largely placed for stable CAD. It seems that "evidence based medicine" has spoken whereby he found zero utility for almost anything done in medicine. Interesting times we live in. http://freakonomics.com/podcast/bad-medicine-part-1-story-98-6/ (Source: Student Doctor Network)

cme
As a newly minted attending, still trying to figure our CME. I read plenty, I do several online podcasts that say I can collect CME. Uptodate apparently has a way to get cme. Do you just keep them in a word doc or something? Or can you make it reported to the board directly (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Interested in starting a podcast
Hey SDNers! I am a posting virgin here on SDN but long time generalized stalker. Right now I am prepping for Step2 + Comlex 2 in July. I have been looking for some good podcasts for Step 2 prep and had trouble finding anything recent. I love listening to podcasts in general. Goljan audio was great for step1 but is a becoming a little dated. Found a few things for step2 that I didn't love. Today I got the idea of starting my own podcast. Obviously this won't help me too much for Step2 in... Interested in starting a podcast (Source: Student Doctor Network)

New podcast, basically the medical version of the Tim Ferriss Show, feedback appreciated!
Hey All, I'm working on a new podcast and I'd love your feedback. It's called "To Zanzibar By Motor Car". The goal of this podcast is to deconstruct the abstract concept of medicine by interviewing the people who shape how medicine is practiced and healthcare is delivered. Every week we'll chat with the heroes (and heroines) of medicine, both unsung and sung, to discover the tools, hacks, and daily routines that make them so effective. It's essentially the medical version of the "Tim... New podcast, basically the medical version of the Tim Ferriss Show, feedback appreciated! (So...

Ophthalmology Podcasts
Started at my new practice couple months ago and one of our satellites is a major 1 hour plus trek each way. Anyone know of any good ophthalmology-related podcasts out there? Googling found these: New Retina Radio https://eyetube.net/podcasts/new-retina-radio/episode.asp?id=1 Retina Podcast http://www.retinapodcast.com/episodes/ As Seen From Here http://www.asseenfromhere.com/ But have not personally listened to any of them. Podcasts
I've already graduated and am currently in the application process, so I'd love some suggestions on Podcasts to pass the time during this process. They can be medically related (ethics, healthcare, etc) or other topics you all find interesting! (Source: Student Doctor Network)
