Pre-Employment Testing and Artificial Intelligence
There seems to be quite a bit of movement lately in the nursing leadership job market. The American Organization for Nursing Leadership Foundation recently released findings from their August 2022 Longitudinal Nursing Leadership Insight Survey, which summarized responses given to a series questions about leadership tenure. Thirteen percent of nurse leaders changed positions in the past 6 months, with 36% of that number leaving for better work –life balance and 29% leaving to look for a new opportunity.
