Whole-pelvic irradiation with boost to involved nodes and prostate in node-positive prostate cancer-long-term data from the prospective PLATIN-2  trial
CONCLUSION: Definitive radiation to the lymphatic drainage with SIB to the involved nodes and prostate is a safe and effective treatment approach for patients with treatment-naïve, node-positive prostate cancer with excellent infield tumor control rates and tolerable toxicity. Location rather than number of involved nodes is a major risk factor for progression.PMID:37640867 | DOI:10.1007/s00066-023-02129-y (Source: Methods of Information in Medicine)

A Proposal for a Robust Validated Weighted General Data Protection Regulation-based Scale to Assess the Quality of Privacy Policies of Mobile Health Applications: an eDelphi Study
CONCLUSIONS: The Benjumea privacy scale is a new robust tool to assess the quality of a mHealth app privacy policy, providing a deeper and complementary analysis to other scales that assesses the general quality. Also, this robust scale provides a guideline for the development of high-quality privacy policies of mHealth apps.PMID:37591261 | DOI:10.1055/a-2155-2021 (Source: Methods of Information in Medicine)

Waning protection after vaccination and prior infection against COVID-19-related mortality over 18  months
CONCLUSIONS: Given the waning of protection against death, continuous surveillance of population immunity status, particularly among the most vulnerable population groups, could help to further fine-tune vaccination recommendations.PMID:37580016 | DOI:10.1016/j.cmi.2023.08.007 (Source: Methods of Information in Medicine)
