Subgaleal Lipoma: Imaging Findings
We report a series of cases of three patients who underwent surgical lesion excision and whose histopathological examination findings confirmed the diagnosis of lipoma.Main Teaching Point: The presence of long continuous echogenic lines within a lens-shaped soft tissue mass located beneath the galea aponeurosis may suggest thediagnosis of subgaleal lipoma. Sclerotic Lesions of the Jaw: A Pictorial Review
Sclerotic lesions of the jaw are uncommon but may be clinically relevant. In this pictorial review, the most common sclerotic lesions are discussed. Three categories of lesions are distinguished; odontogenic sclerotic lesions, non-odontogenic sclerotic lesions, and mixed lytic-sclerotic lesions. In each group, non-neoplastic conditions are discussed first, followed by benign and malignant neoplasms. For each disease a brief overview is given, including histological features, epidemiology, symptoms, typical location, imaging features, and treatment. This review emphasizes which basic observations are essential to the evalua...

MRI of Nitrous Oxide-Related Subacute Cervical Myelopathy
Teaching point: Myelopathy may occur following nitrous oxide (N2O) misuse, even if vitamin B12-levels are normal. The typical appearance on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), is an inverted V-shaped T2-weighted hypersignal in the dorsal columns of the cervicothoracic spinal cord. Residual Splenic Volume after Main Splenic Artery Embolization is Independent of the Underlying Disease
Conclusions: Main splenic artery embolization is efficacious, with low procedure-related complication and 30-day mortality rates. No significant differences in residual post-embolization splenic volume were found between patients treated for splenic rupture versus those treated for splenic arterial (pseudo)aneurysm. Chest CT Diagnosis of COVID-19: Accuracy using CO-RADS and CTInvolvement Scoring
Conclusion: Assessing chest CT using CO-RADS is a valuable diagnostic approach for COVID-19 infection in a high-prevalence area, with a higher accuracy than CTIS. Published on 2021-04-05 12:11:58 (Source: Journal of the Belgian Society of Radiology)

Granular Cell Tumor: A Mimicker of Breast Carcinoma
Teaching point: Granular cell tumors are rare soft tissue tumors that may occur in the breast. While almost always benign, they may mimic a malignant tumor both clinically and on imaging. Published on 2021-04-05 12:16:48 (Source: Journal of the Belgian Society of Radiology)

Charcot-Bouchard Aneurysm Diagnosed with CTA and MRA
Hemorrhage in the basal ganglia resulting to lenticulostriate artery aneurysm rupture is extremely rare. This distal micro-aneurysm of the perforating lenticulostriate arteries is called Charcot-Bouchard aneurysm. We wish to report a case of an hematoma in the basal ganglia due to a Charcot-Bouchard aneurysm demonstrated by Computed Tomography Angiograpy (CTA) and Magnetic Resonance Angiography (MRA) and confirmed by selective catheter angiography.Teaching Point: Charcot-Bouchard aneurysm is a very rare distal micro-aneurysm of the perforating lenticulostriate arteries. Young patients who experience basal ganglia hemorrhag...

A Curious Case of Recurrent Abdominal Wall Infections
An 82-year-old male was transferred for an abdominal CT scan for chronic cutaneous fistulation at the level of the right abdominal wall. Previous CT and ultrasound imaging described recurrent collections in the right abdominal wall, requiring CT guided abscess drainage. The abdominal CT scan revealed an abscess in between the internal oblique and transversus abdominis muscle layers of the right flank, with significant fat stranding and loss of the intermuscular fat planes (Figure 1). Inside this abscess, we notice a spontaneous hyperdense nodular lesion (Hounsfield Units 130), which doesn ’t enhance after contrast inject...
