Prevalence of prescribing topical corticosteroids to patients with lichen sclerosus following surgery for vulvar cancer: a survey among gynaecologic oncologists in The Netherlands
CONCLUSION: The majority of GOs who participated in our study endorse the utilisation of long-term ultra-potent TCS therapy in both patients with LSnoVSCC and LSVSCC. The oncological and reproductive outcomes of fertility-preserving treatments for stage 1 grade 1 endometrial carcinoma: a systematic review and meta-analysis
CONCLUSIONS: Hysteroscopic resection and adjuvant hormonal treatment had the most favourable fertility and oncological outcomes.
