Taking My First PALTC Steps
There is a sense of completeness in caring for older adults. I get to help them later in life, just like they helped me growing up. My grandparents and I lived under one roof for the first 18 years of my life. As I helped them with minor tasks around the house and grew comfortable caring for older adults, my comfort zone in medicine unconsciously began to take shape.
