Bilateral idiopathic temporal bone meningoencephaloceles - An unusual presentation
We report a case of bilateral idiopathic temporal bone MECs with a rare presentation of autophony as the chief complaint. The differentiating features on computed tomography scan and magnetic resonance imaging and the surgical management are discussed.
