ConclusionsCraniopharyngiomas are rare tumors with a bimodal age distribution and an equal male-to-female incidence. Black patients had the highest incidence, and adamantinomatous craniopharyngiomas were significantly more common than papillary tumors in adolescent, adult, and elderly populations.
