Unusual concomitant small and large fiber neuropathy related to hypereosinophilic syndrome
ConclusionsIn this case we hypothesized that idiopathic hypereosinophilic syndrome was the likely cause of the atopic dermatitis and small fiber neuropathy, consistent with pain and dysautonomic symptoms.
