Successful management of post-covid-19 acanthamoebic encephalitis
Acanthamoebae are free living amoebae ubiquitously present in the environment. Human exposure to this organism is quite frequent, as reflected by its high seroprevalence of more than 80% in the general population ([4]Brindley et al., 2009).
