Insulin resistance limits corneal nerve regeneration in patients with type  2 diabetes undergoing intensive glycemic control

ConclusionsNerve regeneration might be limited in individuals with type  2 diabetes and IR undergoing treatment with pioglitazone plus exenatide or insulin to improve glycemic control.
