NEFM DNA methylation correlates with immune infiltration and survival in breast cancer

CONCLUSIONS: NEFM low-expression/DNA methylation correlates with poor prognosis. NEFM expression positively correlates with macrophage infiltration. NEFM DNA methylation strongly negatively correlates with immune infiltration in BRCA.
