A rescued left ventricle free wall rupture in MINOCA

A 64-year-old woman presented to our emergency department complaining of acute chest pain. Her history included: arterial hypertension, overweight, smoking; implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) implant for ventricular fibrillation ascribed to vasospastic angina (2012); ICD lead infective endocarditis treated by surgical device removal (right minithoracotomy approach) and complicated by pericardial effusion (2018).
