Ulcerative IgA vasculitis in the setting of warfarin therapy
We report a patient with HSP who presented with cutaneous ulcerative plaques and proteinuria in the setting of warfarin therapy. We would like to raise the awareness of this potential adverse effect of warfarin for prompt diagnosis.
