Implantation of the clinical ‐grade human neural stem cell line, CTX0E03, can survive and differentiate into striatal neurons in the quinolinic acid‐lesioned rodent model of Huntington's disease. Figure shows the widespread distribution of survived CTX cells that were differentiated into GAD65/67‐positive GABAergic neuron s 13 weeks after transplantation.See Yoon et al. beginning on page936.
