Diagnostic value of clinical parameters and parathyroid scintigraphy for asymptomatic primary hyperparathyroidism.
CONCLUSION: Laboratory inspection and semi-quantitative parameters of parathyroid scintigraphy had higher value for differential diagnoses of aPHPT and sPHPT, the same for adenoma and hyperplasia in patients with aPHPT. When combined 99mTc-MIBI SPECT/CT with US, the diagnostic efficiency would be significantly improved.
