A Frailty Screening Tool for Patients undergoing Orthotopic Heart Transplant.

CONCLUSIONS: The OHT frailty screening tool is highly predictive of adverse post-transplant outcomes. This screening tool may provide a framework to improve enhance existing risk stratification tools and improve overall resource utilization.
