Inhibiting role of long non-coding RNA LINC01197 in inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis through the microRNA-150/THBS2 axis.

CONCLUSION: The current study suggested that LINC01197 sponged miR-150 to promote THBS2 expression, leading to TLR4/NF-κB inactivation, and ameliorated RA inflammation. These findings may offer new insights into RA treatment.
