68Ga-DATA-FAPi-05: Biodistribution and Comparison with 18F-FDG PET/CT in Various Cancers

Conclusions: 68Ga-DATA-FAPi-05 is a promising PET tracer in the diagnosis of inconclusive results on 18F-FDG PET/CT. 68Ga-DATA-FAPi-05 is easy to prepare, labelled at room temperatures, which aids kit based preparations. It can be used as an alternative diagnostic option to 18F-FDG PET/CT. It is an ideal theranostic agent for the treatment of various cancers.
